The government published two new ERA 2025 consultations this week. The first - and most significant - seeks views on a new organisation-wide threshold for collective redundancy consultation, with proposed trigger points ranging from 250 to 1,000 redundancies depending on the method chosen. The second consults on protecting workers from detriment for taking part in industrial action.
